On Saturday, July 10th, from 9:30a-11:00a, our instructors will be giving a FREE DEMONSTRATION of what R.A.M.P. is all about! Come have your youngster participate in a class with other young athletes and get them started on their path to a healthy lifestyle!
R.A.M.P. (Reaching Athlete’s Maximum Potential) is a multi-faceted program that will equip young athletes (ages 6-18) with the best possible techniques, skills, and movements to propel their sporting activities to the next level. The program also covers tips to prevent injury as well as on basic nutrition–all delivered in a fun and approachable format!

Come fly with us in this playful fusion of aerial and acro yoga!
Build your flight skills through solo practice, partner yoga, and introductory sling work. Increase strength and flexibility, experience new dimensions of your yoga practice, and decompress with therapeutic Thai Massage.
Open to anyone with a basic yoga foundation and the ability to practice handstand using the wall.
The cost is $30 for members and $60 for non-members (includes 3 reduced day passes).

Movement will be offering two workshops that combine the skills of both slacklining and AcroYoga. The balance needed to perform basic slackline poses such as line kneeling, arm balancing, standing and lying on your back are reinforced and assisted by AcroYoga poses!
1st Workshop–Intro to Slacklining and AcroYoga
Time: 12:30p-2:30p
Cost: $25 Members–$35 Non-members (includes reduced daypass)
$15 Youth Member/$25 Youth Non-Member (18 and under)
*All ages are welcome! Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult*
2nd Workshop–Backbends and Inversions
A more advanced workshop, the pre-requisite for taking this one is either participating in the 1st workshop or instructors permission.
Time: 3:30p-5:30p
Cost: $25 for members and non-members who take the first workshop
$35 for non-members when purchased separately (includes reduced daypass)
