Movement is proud to introduce Sessions, taught by Head Coach Justen Sjong. This series of 6 workouts is geared toward providing a structured group environment in which each client can work toward reaching their personal goals.

Sessions will occur every Wednesday night from 6:30p – 8:30p and coaches will work with each individual to determine strengths and weaknesses in order to set realistic but challenging goals for each client. Sessions are geared towards adults.

Enrollment is ongoing and the first of Sessions will be held on October 21st. Each client will attend a total of 6 Sessions (they do not have to be consecutive). It is helpful if you sign up with a friend, for roping-up purposes, but not mandatory. The cost for The Sessions is $150 total.

I personally have not trained in a structured format for over 6 years and I will say that Sessions is something that I have been looking forward to for a long time! To be trained by Justen, along with other motivated individuals, is an opportunity that is not to be missed. I have reserved my spot and hope you will do the same. See you at Sessions.

Who is ready for the 1st ever Movement Film Night?!

Get ready for an amazing show, brought to you by none other than Boulder’s own Sender Films! This Saturday night at 8p, Sender will be exclusively premiering 2 of their Nat Geo episodes: Brother’s Wild and Fly or Die. This is a FREE event and we recommend bringing a camp chair in case the stadium seating gets filled.

Because of expected winter weather, Team Sik Bird will be hosting a Bake Sale instead of a Car Wash, as originally planned.

Additionally, our BBQ is being moved inside but Whole Foods and Upslope Brewing Company will still be providing excellent food and drink!
