Yoga at Movement
Tuesday, September 7th, 2010September is National Yoga Month! Now is a great time to join the yoga community at Movement if you haven’t already! We have added a new Advanced Yoga Class to our schedule and are hosting an event for Yoga Aid on Saturday, September 18th from 10 am – 12 pm. Check out our full schedule and come get involved with the great group of people and show your support for National Yoga Month.

Yoga Aid
Saturday, September 18th
10:00 am – 12:00 pm
Come do 108 Sun Salutations with a team of Movement’s teachers to raise funds for charity! Each participant raises funds on his/her own then joins the group for sun salutations on Saturday the 18th. There is no additional charge by Movement to participate.

NEW YOGA CLASS!
Advanced Yoga
Mondays, 4:00p-5:30p
taught by Michelle Anderson
This class is for students with an existing intermediate or advanced yoga practice who wish to challenge themselves physically, learn sanskrit chants, and further their exploration of breathing and meditation. Each class will include themed postures of all types, a detailed pranayama, chanting, or meditation practice, and savasana.

There has been popular demand for an earlier morning yoga class at Movement, so starting Monday, October 4th we will have a 6:30 am class on our calendar taught by Jon Hererra!
